Acquisition: Bought at a shrine, from this tree. A purchase costs up to two time chunks depending on the skill; which skills cost one and which cost two is not published. Some shrines need restoring before they can be used at all.

Effect

Reduces the health Coen spends casting hexes, and at its third rank refunds part of that cost when a hexed enemy dies.
