Decision
Consequence blocks above your spoiler level stay veiled. You are currently reading at minimal.
The decision
You need blood. Where does it come from, and how much do you take?
Option
Blood without a person on the other end of it.
Immediately
Animals are reported as a blood source.
Option
Feed without finishing. Reported as possible in at least some situations.
Immediately
Feeding on a person has consequences even when they survive it.
Option
Not really a choice — it is what happens when you do not make one.
Immediately
Failing to manage hunger can cause Coen to lose control and kill people.
Later
A dead character takes their quests, their information and their relationship with them.
Consequences carry a severity — informational, changes dialogue, locks content, character death, ending impact — and a timing. Anything that locks content or kills somebody is stated in plain language rather than hidden behind an icon, because a consequence you cannot read is not a warning.
Delayed consequences sit behind a spoiler veil at level 2. Raise your spoiler setting to read them by default.
Hunger thresholds and the exact circumstances in which control is offered are unconfirmed. Do not plan a strict no-kill run on numbers yet.
