What is confirmed

She is a vrakhir, over two centuries old, and she is driven by vengeance.
Coen meets her mid-interrogation of a captive. How that scene is handled is what keeps her interested — a retail romance guide reports that the route survives by refusing both halves of the stark either/or she offers and simply talking instead.
She is one of three characters Coen can romance, and her romance scene happens during The Night of Horrors — the same quest an independent endings guide lists as the optional step in her chain.
Romancing her is not required for her to stay allied. The alliance and the romance are separate.
Her questline runs A Friend Like This → Song of the Mountain → Hive and Seek → Our Rotten Roots → The Night of Horrors (optional) → Midnight Reckoning.
It begins by exploring an alley at the north-eastern edge of Svartrau City, below the city walls, and ends in the Rockfalls.
The chain takes Coen to the Uriash and their Matriarch.
Speaking to her at the objective in Midnight Reckoning starts the ending in which they fight Brencis together.
She also appears in the Lacra and Osha material that gates Bakir's hidden Court activity, A Mother's Plea.

What is not

What she actually wants, and whom the vengeance is for.
Whether she can die, and whether her death removes The Patricide permanently.
Whether her questline has time-sensitive objectives once started. A Mother's Plea, in the same material, explicitly does.

Known risks

Her ending is abandoned at the last moment if Coen takes Brencis's bargain — the option on her path is worded as an apology to her.
The general rule applies: killing an NPC closes everything routed through them, and an ending is routed through her.

Two retail endings sources agree on her questline; two retail romance sources agree that she is romanceable. That The Night of Horrors is both the chain's optional quest and the romance scene is corroborated from opposite directions by sources that never mention each other — which is the strongest agreement anything in this dataset has.
